✔ 最佳答案
We is confirmed..... - This one is wrong, because we should use We "are", not "is". We do not use "We are confirmed" very often because this is a passive voice in present tense. It only happened when you are talking about a confirmation that you are receiving at the time when you speak.
We have confirmed....- This means that your company have confirmed something to other people. No mistake in grammar.
We confirmed....- This is a simple past tense sentence. It means your company have confirmed something to other people. The only differnce between "we have confirmed" and "we confirmed" is that :
we have confirmed - stress that you have already confirmed something at a time.
we confirmed - no stress, just advise people that you confirmed something at a time.

We is confirmed..... (gramatically wrong)
We have confirmed.... 已經 confirm (present perfect tense)
-已經完成但與現在仍有關聯的動作或狀態
We confirmed.... (past tense)
e.g. We confirmed the order yesterday.
