what subject should I do in UK's universities? and which uni

i am currently taking Economics, History, Gov. and Politics, Maths and Art in AS, with this combination of subjects, what prestigious subjects are possible for me? and which uni are famous for those subjects?

in addition, is there a subject that i should/ can drop in AS? as I am thinking it seems pointless for me to take Art which does nothing in relation with the rest? also, anyone taken politics here finding it difficult? I've just started my first lesson and seemly i know nothing about it at all ! do i learn and improve as times goes on? is it hard to learn about english politics from brag???
