Beijing Travel in Winter

I need some helps in traveling Beijing. When is the best time to visit? I plan to visit in late November or mid-December, but I think it can be very cold in winter and it might be not that much outdoor activities there...Any suggestions?
(P.S. I can read your answers in Chinese ^_^). Thank you so much!!!!!

I am wondering if the main tourist arractions such as Great Wall, 圆明园,颐和园, 天坛公园 will be closed in winter time. Please help. Thanks again :)

Thanks for you all answers. I have another one quesiton. I heard that the hotels in Beijing don't offer 24-hour hot water for taking a shower. Is that right? Thanks,

i think you should join a tour in HK , then they will plan everything for you ! haha and yes it is cold in Dec. , but not sure about Nov. hehe sorry !!!
i think Great Wall, 圆明园,颐和园, 天坛公园 are opened duing the winner , no worry
best time ?? haha as long as you got the feelings to go , that is the best time man !
