we are holding a cocktail but would like to let guest know that no need to send flowers and for any financial contribution will be used for donation for the whole event

一般不會這樣做, 公司顯得很"小家" (即你請客, 人付鈔)。人家做花籃是俾面派對, 在對方公司立場亦合理地出數, 若然轉做現金資助, 唔知有乜藉口交待公司出數。況且, 冇花籃作陳列, 場面亦較"寒酸"!
