you can spend few dollars to get a certicated copy.......same as the original one.
but as for application, you only need to send in the photo copy and bring the original when go to interview.

hi, if u want to submit the application, send them the COPY of your marriage cert. when u have an interview with USCIS, they need to see you ORIGINAL marriage cert. c u in USA.
