電腦硬件配置

以下是我的CPUID資料, 有以下問題;
1.DRAM 購買時是667MHz, 為何變了333MHz?
2.開機間中變黑, 沒有晝面, 間中又正常,
停用display card就完全沒有問題, 是硬件問題, 或是軟件問題?
3.是否需要upgrade, 加什麼最平又最有用?
