Did Toonami aired the 1984 cartoon series The Transformers back in the late 1990's?

A.) Yes, Toonami aired The Transformers in 1998-1999 after the Sci-Fi Channel had already canceled at the end of Summer of 1997.
B.) No. According to http://www.geocities.com/cartoonresource/transformers.html, The Transformers doesn't aired on Toonami in 1998-1999 after Sci-Fi Channel had already canceled at the end of Summer of 1997, but many episodes now available on VHS and DVD from Rhino.

For your "Yes" statement, you didn't prove any information about Transformer in the 1984.

If there's no information about that, most likely it's a no.

It says that the SECOND GENERATION was released on 1992.

So YES, that means The Transformers was aired on 1984 and was back (second generation) in the 1990's (not 'late' 1990).

Even though it's obvious here in wiki i did know before i looked it up that the transformers had gone into syndication, meaning chances are it could have ended up in toonami. But i was a fan of toonami in those days and i don't recall the original series being rerun on toonami. I could be wrong because i had to rely on different source for cable programming at that time.
