of course if you know them, that would be the best la.
the required standard = you have taken some kind of child care courses, usually most of the kindergarten teacher will have at least a secondary education, and many have done a diploma or certificate courses that teach them about children education.

It will be the best if you can know a bit about each of them, and specialised in one or two. I think music and drawings are the best, most suitable and useful.
