我朋友冇啦啦上黎...我阿媽開門比佢入,,,偷放d野係我屋企.我訓緊唔知.之後..叫我陪佢落街...見工...見完..上番黎 又不停叫我出去之後..就有幾個便衣 查我地果陣我之前條女都係到咩都見到 係我朋友身上搵到少少..拿黎我到 我話阿sir你屈我丫 之後阿sir話明屈你 又點 之後打我,又入我屋企查...之後搵到好多野...我..都唔知咩事...有咁多野...佢放左我朋友走 但我屋企人見到我比佢地(警察)打...之後我比人拉左 .
但係出面到警局 警察係咁叫我認罪....唔認拉哂我全家...你知你細佬要升大學嫁啦 你唔會想佢有事嫁...我之後>..就認罪...我果陣20歲...到e家21歲 要上堂.
有冇得打 場官司....同幾錢...
法律..警察d口供...話係我身上搵到 警察好賤.....屈9我...

點解唔去投訴科 投訴左警察先- - 同埋去醫院驗埋傷= =?
打官司既錢一堂一堂咁計 每堂至少2000蚊
你係差館認左罪既口供己經係證據...
你要先打甩左份口供 令到份口供失去做證據既權力
然後要搵埋你屋企人做證，如果你女朋友都見到差人咁做
你女朋友都要做埋證人。
但係通常 法庭都會問返你，差人做乜要屈你?
同埋你好人好者 差人屈你做乜?
如果你輸左場官司會好大件事，小則會拋壁屋然後緩刑
大則既成人監房阿,戒毒所,甚至 沙咀勞教都有份
當然如果咁唔好彩梗係博成人監房或者緩刑。
沙咀勞教起碼你要7個月先出得返黎。仲會好辛苦。
你記住去投訴時要講哂班CID兇你既說話
包括唔認拉哂你全家個D。打你都要 越快越好

2. If you are been assulted by police, provide a medical report to prove it. It may help to overturn your confession.
3. You are under stress, so the confession probably won't count.
4. The most important is did they find any fingerprint on the cocaine bag. If they don't, you can use this to be your defense, as they have no sufficient evidence to prove the bag is yours.
You should be alright. Find legal aid now and talk to a lawyer is more important now.
