The sum of three consecutive terms in an arithmetic sequence is 30, and the ratio of first term to the third term is 3:7 . Find the three numbers.
(2) .
The general term of a sequence is given by the formula
T(n) = 5/(3^n-1) . Prove that it represents a geometric sequence.
(3) .
In an arithmetic sequence , the sum of three consecutive terms is 24 and the product of these terms is 312. Find two possible sets of values for these terms.
