i m a senior in high school now & i wanna be a plastic surgeon.i dont know what college should i apply to? ?

Like the attitude to go far, nice to see. But the reality is the best school to go to in order to go your path is a school that offers (and a great chance to get into) undergrad research. The reality of med school is that you can have the best grades but if you just have the basic lab credits that big schools like NYU. The small schools that have small chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or any science for that matter usually offer the best in terms of learning. You can get better letters of recommendations from them since they will know you and can give better detail on how well you are as a student. Lot of the best doctors have backgrounds from a small school because of the hands on approach to learning. The faculty is there to teach you not do it as a requirement, they want to teach!

I recommend that you find schools that have American Chemical Society (ACS) Accreditation. Those programs have undergrad research as a requirement.

It doesn't matter what university you go to to go to med school, what matters are your grades. If you want to live in NYC then try for NYU.. pick you school based on where you would be comfortable living.

College choices are a very personal thing. Any reputable college will provide a good foundation for medical school - which is what you need to get a residency to become a plastic surgeon. I would think about some of the following schools, rather then just some of the well known names like NYU and Berkeley:
