我由9月3號開始踏單車同跑步1粒鐘
幾耐先減到??
練唔練到氣?
可以減到幾多?
同埋之前同之後要注意d咩?
點先唔會有肌肉??

If you are non-stop for an hour, it should be about 2 weeks.


練唔練到氣?
Yes, running and riding the bike are cardio exercises.


可以減到幾多?
Depends on your exercises intensity, your calories daily intake and your body fat %, but several pounds are not the problem.


同埋之前同之後要注意d咩?
Before and after exercise should drink water, warm up and cool down exercise also very important.
