anyone know that the program from canada: Canadian Diversity - Visa Lottery program 2008. is it true? cause they ask me to send the detail & document.

This program is from the United States, nothing to do with Canada. Besides, residence from Hong Hong SAR is NOT eligible. Plesae goto the following website for details.http://www.state.gov/r/pa/prs/ps/2006/72835.htm

There is no such program in Canada. You can consult the Canadian Consulate General in Hong Kong.
