去澳洲升學

1.There are few ways you can achieve:
a.Enrol grade 11 or grade 12 and take the HSC
b.Take the foundation programme.Sometimes, you need to start with the English courses
c.Take the courses by TAFE. Some of the courses are linked with university, such as UTS.

2. Depends on where you are going to stay and which school you are going to study. Of coz, it would be cheaper if you are taking grade 11 or grade 12 ini high school. You don't need to worry. There are a lot of Chinese and Hong Kong people in large cities, such as Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It's better for you to worry about accomodation when you first settle down here. Rental market is very tight as interest rate is high.

4.It's better for you to go to the city you have interest to go. Walk around and ask for more information.It's always better to ask directly than listening to advice by 3rd party.

Again, you can check the information by IDP or directly go to the university.
If you are not happy with the service of IDP HK, maybe you can contact the overseas branch. I think there should have Chinese staff to answer your queries in Sydney branch.
