hi, 龍蝦 should be from 海水 gar wor. I never heard about 淡水龍蝦. as I know sometimes ppls said the tiny crawfish as 有鉗淡水龍蝦, actually they are not the family of 龍蝦, they belong to the shrimp.
有鉗龍蝦 must be from USA and Canada. no 鉗龍蝦 must be from another places, e.g. Australia

淡水蝦同海蝦就係睇有無鉗, 有鉗就淡水, 無就海水, 但係龍蝦我就唔識啦, 我估都係咁分...
