meatballs

That was throughout the whole days, after I cut out all gluten/wheat/junk/dairy products (I had to cut out gluten and dairy coz im allergic) and my body feels very satisfied.
I'd be expecting to be starving right now, with only that much food eaten, but I'm not.
Why is this?
P.S I'm doing moderate exercise (walking stretching)

To kate: egg isn't dairy. the meatballs I ate were gluten free. There's absolutely no way I can eat ANYTHING with wheat in, sorry.
