"領取"英文點講Collect. Please collect your documents before expiration.
意識上, "領取" 這詞似乎較collect 隆重, 但英文只有這字代表領取. 勉強可用receive, 但receive 解做 "接受" 多於"領取".

If the situation is not so formal, we can simply say "Please come and get your document back before the deadline".
