your wife is green card holder and working in USA, right?
you can use B1 visa to go to USA, right?

if that is all YES. all you do is next time while you are in USA, your wife file the i-130 application to CIS office, because you are legal entry US, you can stay in US and wait for the approve.....normally it takes 2 to 3 years. depend your luck...
also, you can file T-751..?? to apply the working paper ---- that is renewable for every year. so now, you can stay in USA and work lar...
BUT, it is 1 problem, from now on, you can not leave USA soil until you received your green card. because once you file the i-130, your B-1 visa is automatic cancelled.

oh, good news, if your wife can become US citizen before you received your green card, you can file the i-485 to speed up your greencard application. which means very fast.....


PS. i have no idea what you talking about the green card application required...1,2,3.....what number form is that??

This is not true, you cannot wait in the US if you apply with a green card. You could only wait in the US if you apply for I 130 and I 485 at the same time.

hi, if are a greencard holder, u have to complete the Form I-130 to file your spouse to come to USA to live, it will take around 5 yrs cos u are not US citizen. ur spouse only have the right to stay/live/work in USA after getting greencard, it does not mean she/he is a US citizen. if he/she wants to be US citizen, she/he should apply the naturalization (become US citizen) after 3-5 yrs getting her/his greencard, it depends on how she/he gets the greencard. e.g. if u are US citizen, ur spouse will get the greencard within 1 yr, then ur spouse can apply for the naturalization after 3 yrs. if u are greencard holder, ur spouse can apply it after 5 yrs.
ur spouse is illegal to work in USA if he/she does not have greencard, again u are not the US citizen, there is nothing u can do to let her/him to stay in USA. If ur spouse stays here illegally, it is impossible to get the greencard in future.
If u are US citizen, u can adjust his/her status in USA, then ur spouse can wait for the greencard here.

You need to fill out the form I130 and submitted to USCIS. It takes you around 4 – 5 years.

If your spouse is now working at US, the simpliest method is ask her employer to employ her directly so that she could get the citizenship. At least she can get a working VISA and stay longer in US. Then you apply the green card in US. I believe that it is the easiest way.
