出一則通告叫同事keep pantry clean

Dear Colleagues:-
We would like to draw your attention for the following policy in order to keep our pantry clean.
1. Clean up the pantry and all the packaging of the snack must be put into the rubbish bin. We do not want to see a untidy pantry and attract cockroach to be their heaven in the pantry.
2. Please replace the tissues and the distilled water of the pantry when they are all consumed.

We need your cooperation to keep our pantry clean and tidy!

To make part of our working environment clean and tidy, you are obliged to show your willingness to help in the following issues:
1. Put all the wasted materials into the rubbish bin.
2. Replace the distill water bottle and disposable paper tissues when they are emptied.
