She keyed my car once and did it again!! Please help me!!!?

Hi everyone, I've posted this question seeking solution before and thank you so much for those who answered. This is what happened...I am thinking this person keyed my car again and again is because every time my car got keyed, is when I parked on the drive way where the person usually parks. And I am sure my car got keyed at the drive way. She is my bf's brother's gf. Although she's been mean and rude to me, I never made a complaint because I want to keep my cool. The first scratch on the back of the car I found out on Sunday. I thought oh well, and I wasn't going to fix it because it just one line and I don't know if I clam the insurance, it might goes up. However, yesterday I pumped gas before I got home, I saw no scratches, I parked on the drive way again at 5pm. My bf was already home, the person wasn't. At 7:30pm, my bf and I went out for dinner and I saw there are two long scratches right below the gas door (where you add gas). The person was home at that time. Then, around 8:45pm when we got home, I checked closely around my car and found couple more, and the person left at the time. I am cool with the kids in the neighborhood and I don't think any of them did it. I don't know what to do...if I fix my car, what if that person does it again? I can't keep on claming the insurance like that; and if I don't fix it, my car is very ugly now I can't bear with it! I never clamed anything out of my insurance, not a penny whatsoever and I am planning to report to the police this afternoon so that I can have the report to clam. What do you think? What should I do? How can I prevent it in the future? I really have no proof of who did it, but everything seems to point at that person. I want to stay neutral and don't want to accuse anyone...Now my car has scratches all around besides the hook and the front. Please help :(
