if you divide something by a half it is the same as multiplying it by 2. so therefore 30 divided by one half is 60, then add the 10 = 70 :)

60 + 10

30/(1/2) + 10
= 30(2/1) + 10
= 60/1 + 10
= 60 + 10
= 70

30/(1/2) = 60
60 + 10=70 :)
