1) Chop the received date on order form.
Chop the sequential order form.
2) Check the item of the order form.
Mark the contract price (For contracted items)
Example: Tender Supplier, Sole Supplier & Appointed Supplier
Fill-in the details on the Supplier Chop for all contracted items
Mark estimated cost (For non-contracted item)
3) Double Check Details
