商業e-mail要點?

there is no special requirement for a commercial email. Nowadays emails are very common and are not required special format. We can reply emails in a very simple way but be still polite.

e.g.

Dear xx,

We refer to your email of xx 2008.
Please note that the shipping date of your order xxx will be 1 Sep 2008.
If you have any further question please email to me.

xx
