請問做gym時 每日要吸收幾多蛋白質先夠增加肌肉?

一般的講法,是按照體重計算:

每一磅的體重,每天要吸受1克的蛋白質,才足夠健身增肌。

假設你體重係150磅,咁你每日就要攝取 150g 的蛋白質了。

我是假設發問者是個勤力的健身人士,即係每星期會做3次gym或以上,而目標是增肌(練大隻)。

假如發問者目標並非練大隻,或鍛鍊次數/強度不足,則要酌量減低蛋白質攝取量,否則變成蛋白質過剩的話,對身體反而不好。

All the info below is assuming you're over 15 years old

Normally you should take in 0.8 - 1 g of protein for every kilogram of your body weight everyday but when you're weights training you can increase that to 1.2 -1.5 g of protein for every kg of body weight. But DON'T exceed 1.5 g of protein per kg of body weight. You've got to make sure that you train properly in the gym.

So if you're 50 kg and training quite hard in the gym You'll take 50 x 1.3 grams of protein

I think the amount of protein you suggests is for hardcore bodybuilders. I think he could be teenager or beginner and probably will only go to the gym once a week
