All the info below is assuming you're over 15 years old
Normally you should take in 0.8 - 1 g of protein for every kilogram of your body weight everyday but when you're weights training you can increase that to 1.2 -1.5 g of protein for every kg of body weight. But DON'T exceed 1.5 g of protein per kg of body weight. You've got to make sure that you train properly in the gym.
So if you're 50 kg and training quite hard in the gym You'll take 50 x 1.3 grams of protein
