These can all be done with a pair of dumbells. In the brackets are the main muscles trained in the exercises.

military press (deltoids, triceps) ,
lateral raise (deltoid),
bicep curl,
tricep extension,
high pulls,
dumbell bench press (pectoral),
dumbell pectoral fly,
weighted + inclined sit ups (abs)
bent over row (lats)
bench pull (lats)
