Is this a good diet plan to loose weight in a week?
I now weight 110 pounds (dont say I shouldnt loose weight because you dont understand the situation)
Will this help me loose ANY weight if I continue within a week?
Breakfast: rice cake with peanut butter, soya milk
Lunch: a)cooked fish with rice, carrots, lettuce, cucumbers
b) lentils
Dinner/snacks for the rest of the day:
freshly squeezed orange juice, rice snacks, bananas, pineapples, almonds.
Thanks (:
And also how much weight will I loose doing this?

lmao. ok, nicely. breakfast: 2 egg whites, one fruit (e.g. apple, blueberries), black coffee/ green tea (around one hundred fifty energy) lunch: great fowl salad (no dressing), lettuce, capsicum, celery, carrot, skinless fowl breast (around 3 hundred energy) snack: one small handful of almonds, one black coffee/ green tea, one cup of sliced carrots with hummus (around 250 energy) dinner: vegetable soup (no cream and so on, only water based), and one cup of boiled vegetables (around one hundred fifty/ two hundred energy) ** no potato interior the soup** workout a million hour an afternoon. have dinner earlier 6:00. it truly is like 900 energy- 3 hundred energy from workout. in case you experience that is too little, upload some fat unfastened yogurt for breakfast (yet another a hundred energy) and a snack between breakfast and lunch, yet another fruit (a hundred energy). in case you experience that is too plenty take out the two the nuts of hummus interior the snack. drink a lot of water.
im not sure how much weight youll lose but you will lose some water weight in a week
but then youll gain it back
so good luck
This seems like a healthy diet. I think if I did that I would probably still be hungry and could lead me to over eating at night. But, if you are content with that kind of diet and don't feel hungry, it's ok. Another thing you can do is start a good, fun cardio workout.
it depends on your metabolism...
e.g if i ate that i would probably gain weight rather than lose it... but i eat less than 500 kcal daily...
the basic idea is that you can eat anything you want as long as you burn it off later... avoid sugar and rich in fat meals (peanut butter is not such a good idea)
bananas are healthy but one of the most fattening fruits... avoid them... stick to apples and oranges...
almonds are ok as long as you have about 5 no more...
try not to snack (rice snacks)...
eat what you ate at lunch just a smaller portion...
try eating yogurt at night sometimes... it fills you up and is low on kcals!
best of luck!
try instead of snacks, eating a filling dinner then eat NOTHING after dinner
