我個lcd mon有何問題?

LCD monitor roughly composes of :

- LCD display screen
- LCD backlight (light tube)
- LCD circuit board (control and convert signal)
- LCD power supply unit (transform AC to DC current)
- LCD case etc

As you described your LCD monitor, it should be the LCD backlight (light tube) has failed.
