由 O 畫垂直線到AB 交於 F那 AF = FB ---> |AF| = 5
O 點到 CD 的距離 = |FE| = |AF| - |AE| = 5-3 = 2.

Do you know the radius of the circle? Because the circle can be very big or very small.
