今年14歲
高:162cm-165cm
重:65kg(醫生話我重在7磅)
手有點肌肉
小腿比較結實,大腿好粗呀(23吋)
有小肚腩(32吋)[外面有肥肉,裏面有點肌肉]
我只想滅一減肚腩,能顯現到d腹肌、或去到28-30吋之間
請大家幫幫我,

I would do loads of weights, training all muscles in the body, for about 5 weeks. You might find you gain weight but it doesn't matter. You gain muscle first because muscle is metabolic. It makes you lose fat easier. 6th week start to reduce the weights a bit and do circuits, rowing machines are good as well and interval running (still doing weights but not as much) until you reach target shape. Then after that stay active do aerobic exercises + endurance exercises +weights training every week. Looking at your info I think you probably should control your eating as well although you are growing now ( and you probably want to be at lease 180 cm tall) so eat loads but not too much.

All this should work and don't worry about weights stunting your growth. I am 15 and started weights at 13. I am 180 cm now and still growing so it hasn't stunted my growth so I am guessing it won't stunt yours.

其實點先減到肥呢?

就係要控制你既卡路里吸收,輸出>輸入,就會減到肥。

不如你參考下我個case

我以前做運動減,又辛苦又減得慢,之後
