（１）我想請問自選火車証是否包括鄰近的國家，即係我買三國中的〔德國〕，其鄰近國家包括奧地利，法國，瑞士，咁如果我想去埋西班牙和意大利，咁再買個〔法國〕，咁咪即係已經包晒我所想要去的國家？定是我買五天三國（例：法，德，意），就一定只可以係進出此三個國家？
（２）又話歐洲自選火車証可以包括國內的火車，咁巴士，地鐵包唔包？咁我如果去十天，我在德國都要花三數天，只買五天的自選火車証點夠用？定是所謂的五天只係用在跨國的乘火車的天數，而不計國家境內？
（３）我用火車証時(Select及Global Pass)，使唔使每次坐火車都要在火車站出示火車証，講明我想座邊班車先用得，定是知道有班火車幾點鐘開，就咁上車就得？
（４）我點知座邊ｄ火車要補票，邊ｄ可以免費？咁我唔知的時候座了TGV，咁到時咪要被罰款哩？
（５）我買的是first class select/global pass，我知臥舖要補錢，但我可唔可以唔補錢而改2nd class的臥舖呢？
（６）坐火車咩情況之下才要留位？坐得頭等車卡，應該唔多人吧？而且是off-peak season！
咁多問題，麻煩各位，因為我Plan緊２人去旅行，唔知點好！多謝幫忙！

你的例子, 理論上是正確的. 如果你有一張三國 (德法意) 火車證, 的確可以通行於這三國的鐵路上. 但留意, 假如你所選擇的車次會經過其他國家, 例如從德國出發, 經瑞士, 到意大利, 這樣你便需要補付瑞士境內的一般車費了. 另外, 你要去意大利, 就要買 (德法意), 去西班牙, 就需要買 (德法西) 了. 你可以先於德國出發, 第二站是法國, 最後才到意大利或西班牙, 便可避開瑞士了
歐洲火車證只包括鐵路系統的運輸, 不論國內和是國際線, 一律通用. 但城市內的捷運系統, 例如巴黎的 metro, 德國城市內的 S-Bahn, U-Bahn, 各地的巴士服務就不會包括的. 因此你可以視歐洲火車證為城市與城市間的交通證, 而不是市內交通證
使用火車證. 首次使用前需於任何一個火車站的服務櫃台蓋印開證, 火車證才會生效. 每次需要搭火車時, 睇返時間表, 如果你想搭那班列車係 "compusory reserved" 咁你就必須去火車站的服務櫃台訂位, 取得訂位證才可以上車. 如果沒有說必須訂位, 那麼只需找到該次列車, 上次找一個 non reservee 的座位便 ok (有機會冇位坐的). 上車後, 自行用原子筆填上乘車日期.

If you hold a Eurail Global Pass; Eurail Select Pass or Eurail Regional Pass(if Germany is among the selected country), you got the following benefits(only valid for certain routings, free or discount offers provided that your pass is still valid, including departure and arrival countries) as I cannot have room to show all information here):-Scandlines, Tallink Silja Oy(up to 30% discount), KD German Rhine Line, Danube boat trips, Lake Constance boat trips, Rhine boat trip, Zugspitze, Europabus Romantic Road, Berlin Night express(If your Eurail Pass is valid in Sweden). Eurail Passes are not valid on day boats. A Eurail Pass is also valid on the S-Bahn (suburban metro railways) that operates in the major German cities like Berlin, Munich and Hamburg. 3) Yes, you need to validate by yourself using ball pen to write down the date of departure, every long haul trains with staff onboard checking tickets, passport(for cross countries). Small supplement or reservation fees apply for certain trains.
