RE: Notice from the management office
We got the complaints from the security, a strange noise from the lift #1 and we had called their 24 hours support center for several times but their technician did not handle it seriously. Today I had been to there to have a visit for the lift again and found that the noise could be heard from a very long distance from the lift.
We would like to request your company to have a much responsible technician to handle the problem for us as they really don't take it seriously for the case. Look forward to seeing your reply bu return.
RE: Complaints for the fault of the lift #1
We are the management office of the captioned building and recieved the complaints from the talents for the said lift #1 that it has an adnormal operation (i.e: when the doors are closing, it is vibrating and not ascent immediately) we are quite worry about the safety of the residents.
We write to request you to send a senior eslator engineer to inspect the lift for necessary services in order to prevent any accident from happening.
