已和美國公民結婚,并在申請移民,請問能同時申請去美國探親嗎？非常感謝！！！

It is not a matter you can or not. (Of course you can)It is a matter of the consulate officer believe your intention of overstaying. If they believe you have such intention. They can just simply deny your application.
So the bottomline is you can, but it doesn't guarantee success.
