考女警,體能一問!急!

我164cm高,要考女警
我想問,女仔引體上升果條bar set到幾高?
set係腰果到??
(因為我買左條bar番黎)

有人話訓係地下,舉直隻手,就係果個位
但係,照咁set,好難做喎
我見,警隊個網,做引體上升果個女仔,都唔洗訓低既


同埋,做果陣,係唔係要掂到鎖骨,下巴過左先計一下?

Don't worry too much. As far as I know fitness standard to get into HK police is pretty low. If you're really worried and can't get a chin up bar, do other exercises that would increase the number of chin ups you can do. Here they are: seated row, bicep curl, lat pull down, high pulls. And if thats not enough do power cleans, bench pulls
