用does 都得既其實.
but 如果條問題係反問句就要用not (doesnt).

用does 是一個正常問句. 即是:
現時, 醫生有沒有探訪他的病人?

用doesn't 會是一個反問句. 即是:
現時, 醫生沒有探訪他的病人嗎?
