i woke up this morning and it felt like someone punched me in the eye, help??

i woke up this morning and my eye lids were hurting really bad, like I was punched in the face, it only happened to my right eye. It was all red a little swollen, and it feels bruised. the wierd thing is, is that it happened to my best friend the day before, but hers was worse , she could barely open her eye. i just want to know, whats wrong with us?

You need to see an eye doctor right away. Unexplained eye trauma can cause you to lose your sight. Go to the hospital emergency room if you don't have access to an eye doctor. Whether or not somebody punched you and your best friend in the eye while you were sleeping is something that you can worry about later.

Get to a doctor. This sounds like pink eys which you most likely got from your friend.

it sounds like pink eye, it feels bruised and swewls, the eye crusts and sometimes you cant open it because your eyes are glued shut-
probably pink eye
if thats negative, get tested for ocular herpes
it spreads from eye to eye but nowhere else on the body
and if you touched her eye then your or she touched her eye and you touched her hand..
but thats rare
its most likely pink eye aka conjunctivitis
