I guess your shoulder pain is caused by your wrong position - the neck moves too forward when watching the screen. Muscle over stressed. Sometimes the problem is not simply the shoulder muscle but your neck. If your problem is not very serious, you can try the follow method but if the pain become more serious you must stop and go to see the doctor.
1. Sit properly on a straight back chair (not sofa) or your bed (not too soft bed) and make sure you thigh and leg is 90 degress and feet are place flat on the floor.
2 Put your both hands under your thigh so that you have the feeling that you sit on you hands.
3. Keep 1 and 2, and try to move your head slightly down towards your shoulder. (REMEMBER you don't have to turn your face just let your left ear 'fall' near your left shoulder. When you are doing the left side, the right side neck and shoulder muscle is very stress and tight. Keep a few seconds. Remember never hold your breathe - go on breathing in and out SLOWLY .
4. Repeat 3 This time right ear to right shoulder.
If OK, repeat 1 to 4.
By doing this exercise, your neck muscle and shoulder muscle are pulled longer when you move your head to aside because you sit on your hands and the muscle is thus stretched.
Remember try this exercise very slowly and I recommend you ask your family (eg your mother try this first and understand the way then ask her to watch you try), If pain becomes more serious, stop at once. Never take the risk go and find a doctor or a Tui Na practitioner. If you go to see 鐵打 make sure he has a proper training (eg any certificate/dip in Tui Na or Bone Adjusting (??) only apply some 鐵打酒 is useless. You need some formal massage (Tui Na). Don't worry it is not a big problem but you must treat it seriously. Take my advice - use less computer for sometime and pay attention to your posture, always do some suitable exercise.
