必定是第二句好，因為關係代名詞必須儘量與先行詞(Antecedent)接近，所以你的第一句，很形容使人驟眼看來，誤以為whom是指supervisory responsibility。（當然whom是指人，我們也不會誤會）；但請你記住，關係代名詞與先行詞儘量貼近是一項原則希望幫到你！
