H.C.F. and L.C.M.
Given three numbers a , b and c . If the H.C.F. of a and b is 2 , b and c is 4 , and a and c is 3 , find the three numbers .

HCF of BC & AC is 4&3,
So, C MUST be 3*4=12.!
HCF of AB & AC is 2&3,
So, A Must be 2*3=6!
Lastly, HCF of AB & BC is 2&4,So, B Must be 2*4=8!
So, A=6, B=8, C=12.

Impossible, since both a and c seem to have the factor 2, the HCF of a and c cannot be just 3.
HCF is 2 = 2,4 4,6 6,8 ...........
HCF is 4 = 4,8 8,12 12,16 ...........
HCF is 3 = 3,6 6,9 9,12 ............
a=14 b=12 c=16 correct the a and c is 3 TO a and c is 2
