Have you had your "careful what you wish for" moment?
Eek! I did. I wished so bad to starr in a scary movie (I thought it would be so cool!) And I got my request...
I used a ouija board (I thought it would be fun; I totally regret it now!) And ever since, weird things have been happening. "DIE!!" was spelled out in our bathroom in black, so after I freaked out a bit, I went back to my room and turned the TV on. The remote was working fine; then when I want the volume turned down it stops working. I thought it was just a coincidence but the whole thing stopped working. I went out to the hallway and switched the light on, but (coincidentally) it didn't turn on. I went downstairs to tell my brother, and after, I went on the computer. Then all of a sudden we heard the microwave beeping, and my brothers like, "What's in the microwave?"
I was like, "Nothing. . . ." And we were uneasy since then.
Soooo, ironic, isn't it? How ironic is it that these all happened in one day? Hmm. I half-expected to wake up and see DIE written out on my wall. *rolls eyes*
So, have you had your "careful what you wish for" experience? If so, tell!

Wow, thats intense.
Umm...i wished that me and my now ex would be together forever. but thank god its all over now. it was nothing bad...but sometimes i just dont really know what i'm wishing for until later.
Sure. When I was a kid I really wanted to have my period, shave, and be an adult. Now I'm adult doing all of those things and I realize what a stupid wish it was as a kid.. Now I wish I was a kid again and didnt have to deal with those things.....including being adult.
I'd like to add- I also wished I had a boyfriend ....Rethinking that one right about now....
Call me stupid, but I did wish for pimples when I was like, 12, so I looked older as well as I wished for a pair of glasses for the same reason. Next thing I know, I now have skin problems and can't see without my glasses or contacts, so there, be careful of what you wish for.
Yes, I have -- although it wasn't nearly as extreme as yours! I wanted to become a published author, and a few years back, a small nonprofit organization I've long been affiliated with agreed to publish a chapbook of my poems to commemorate their 25th anniversary. But they did a horrible job of editing the book, and they have also proven incompetent at marketing and shipping the book, as well as paying me my royalties when they're due. So now I have to try to find a new, more professional publisher who is able and willing to reprint my book and help me market it properly without charging me an arm and a leg -- which isn't easy!
Still, I think my problems pale in comparison to yours. If you continue experiencing such bizarre activity in your house, I suggest you consult with a paranormal expert to determine what's going on and how to get rid of (or escape) the problem altogether!
yes
i used to wish my father was dead, and then he finally died. You should be careful, but im not really complaining.
Mischievous spirits cannot harm you physically. All they do is torment you with these silly tricks (like an unfunny elder sibling). -_- Be firm and tell it to leave. They have no real ability to harm you, but they will do their best to fool you into thinking they have some kind of dominant evil power. They especially prey upon naive and superstitious Christians.
A lot of people use these magical tools without any proper knowledge of creating a protective circle. This opens up the portal to any kind of spiritual trash that decides to come through and people think the Ouija board is the source of evil when it is simply the conduit. The source of the problem is having no knowledge of how to protect yourself BEFORE you use the ouija board as a conduit for communication. It is probably too much responsibility for most people to handle, so yes, I would advise most people to never try it.
Sorry, I'm being preachy, but it's a personal pet peeve. This is all based off personal opinion and my own experience so take it or leave it.
To answer your question, my experience was getting pregnant with a man who I thought loved me. I was really excited about having his child, but learned that he was being less than honest with me afterwords. I also had known him for only about two months. So, yes, I was pretty naive, but we all learn from our mistakes. :P
yes.
it was a moment where i realized i should be careful what i wish for.
happy?
that is more like, you shouldn't have been messing with an Ouija board. not even people connected with the beyond use those things, they are dangerous and you never know who you will get, you could have opened a path for something evil to come through.
Yes I had one but I dismissed it and said I wanted my sister to die anyway. =/
no.
Can I have the 10 points?
