If I want to install new carpet in to this room.
Carpet costs= $66.00 per square metre
Can you figure this out?

Firstly, find out the area of the rectangle4.8m X 3.6m = 17.28 square metre.
then $66.00 X 17.28 = $1140.48

What is to be done with thid info? Do you need the cost of carpeting the room?
