If just looking at the physics point of view, human body doesn't produce any observable magnetic field.

The currents in human body, e.g. those respsonsible for the beating of the heart, are so small that they could not produce any observable magnetic field outside the body.

Likewise, the flow of ions carried by the blood flowing in blood vessels are too small to produce any magnetic field.

地球為何有磁力呢？

The reason is still unknown. But it is commonly believed that this is due to ferromagnetic minerals present in the hot molten core in the earth's centre.

Because the core is in molten form, it could flow and rotate at some speed relative to the rotational speed of the earth. This is why the magnetic north and south poles are drifting over years.
