.....I am writing to complain about the poor standard of the service of your
company.I phoned to your company last Friday and I was wholly
disappointed.
....First of all,when I .....I think she was ill-mannered.
....Moreover,............she didn't give me response at all.
....I would have appreciated an apology from one of your staff,but
unfortunately this was not forthcoming.As a company which has long been
priding itself for its good standard of services,such sorts of incidents are
not expected.I would like to get an apology from that staffer.Besides,I
would be grateful if you could take appropriate actions to improve.

今時今日, 用中文寫投訴信一樣可以!
投訴係關乎件事合理與否, 與採用文字媒體無關, 唔一定用英文就會"大"到人.............若然係寫D三腳貓英文, 搞笑多於投訴!
