Most 即時翻譯的網 are pretty bad, they don't translate the mean of a phrase/sentence, they translate only it word by word, thus you see a lot of bad English translate here in 知識+.
If you want to learn English by reading more I would suggest you go to buy some secondhand books (get some fictions if you like them) for easy reading. You don't have to refer to the dictionary for every word that you don't understand, guess the meaning of it. Go for the dictionary only when it is absolutely necessary.
There are a few English secondhand bookshops in HK, they can be quite cheap. I always go to one in Central by the escalator. I know how to go but not the address, email me if you want the address. Books I get from there normally cost about $30-$50. You can also go to Central Library for free books!
