From your response in your email, I can feel that you totally do not understand the overall structure and working process of our Company. I do not see any reason in explaining to you and your email was disregarded on this concern. However, I can give you some ideas as a friendly reminder.
1) There is a restriction not only for the validity date, but also for the imported amount in an US import licence. The two factors are linked with each other so that decision and future planning action can be made based on the most favourable condition.
2) No matter how much of the amount for the restriction in the US import licence, you are not entitled to all of our customers' quota. The reason is that we have to allocate the quota to other different manufacturing countries as well. We will consider the allocation based on the most punctual shipment suggested together with A documents issued, and make the decision whether to accept the shipment to be arranged.
3) Our customers absolutely reserve the right and do it according to the US import regulation to advise you for the proper shipping arrangement. By doing so, it will avoid the unnecessary loss and most importantly, maintain our creditability in the US customs authority.
4) We should solve any drawback or difficulty in a sensible way and a right decision to safeguard our Company's interest.
5) All other manufacturing countries do agree with our request for the shipping arrangement, and continue the production on schedule, except you.
I have already inquired our customer for the earliest possible date that the US Authority can release the import licence. I will notify you as soon as I get the latest information.
