I think the best thing is to tell the teacher la...if it is a male teacher then ask your mum to write a letter to the teacher.

My personal experience (I have used tampon before) tells me that
1. Don't use a tampon unless you already have sex experience
(You might fail to put it in, and when you finish swimming, the tampon will become big, and it would hurt when you pull it out....)

2. If you have to use a tampon, try a few days before the swimming lesson lor, cause it is quite hard for the first time.

Oh,I know you want to say what,you can to join the swimming lesson because the M will not make the swimming pool water dirty,becareful!!!!

如果聽日黎,就一定超少!如果聽日唔黎,仲洗唔洗用棉條呀,聽人講會有細菌,咁用棉條可唔可以避免到架!?用棉條會唔會有機會有細菌!?

係5係都用在先la,又無害的,D人老點你,棉條無細菌的But D泳池水就有細菌~

用衛生棉條係得!! 不過好多人都5建議用!! If 真係must join 個swimming lesson , 就use衛生棉條la!! 一係就同老師講,5好理個老師係男定女,佢地會理解gar! 叫你個fd放心!! 我個人建議同老師講!!!!!
