關於用啞鈴練二頭肌

我之前買左對啞鈴練膊頭,
而加想練二頭肌,
果對啞鈴好輕(應該唔過5kg),
但我又唔想買過對,
可唔可以練多幾組來彌補重量?

or有無咩運動係可練埋二頭肌?(引體上升除外)

其實我估你都唔係要練大隻個種, 應該係志在做下運動keep下fit咁~
所以你可以繼續用果對唔過5kg既啞鈴練二頭肌都ok~
但如果你真係要練大隻既話, 就一定要用更重磅既啞鈴去練

其實要練到大隻都唔係咁易~
除了鍛鍊還要配合均衡飲食~
所謂獅子搏兔都要用盡全力~
你就算想練返粗d都要去到盡~

Our bodies will get used to the weight, you have to add weight in order to train the muscle, add more sets is a good way, you can try it. Hammer curls and bicep curls are very good for bicep exercises.
