I want to ask that can I send presents (gifts) to another 用戶in neopets?
e.g xx123 (me) can i send a thing (toy) to xx165 ?

你話你18歲已上 =]
如果係既話
加他好友，
之後按物品
之最會有一欄 = 贈送給尼奧好友
選他

首先加入尼奧時要登記你係13歲或以上,然後揀果樣物有個選擇送給尼奧好友,係個框框輸入果個用戶名就ok^_^
