CD = 4 - (-6) = 10 units
DA = 8 - (-12) = 20 units
perimeter = 10 + 20 + 10 + 20 = 60 units

AB = 4-(-6)= 10 units
BC= 8-(-12)=20 units
because ABCD is a rectangle
so AB= DC, BC=AD (property of rectangle)
so The perimeter of rectangle ABCD:
AB + BC + DC + AD
=10+20+10+20
=60 units
BC= 8-(-12)=20 units
