beyond 呢度解「以後」。through 2009 and beyond 係「整個 2009年及以後」，轉成 through and beyond 2009 都可以。
我個人會用 through 2009 and beyond，因為感覺 and beyond 係一個習慣一齊用o既詞組。如（隨便用 google 搵 "and beyond"）：

I would use the first one "through 2009 and beyond."
cause in the second sentence, there's nothing after the word "through". When you read the sentence, its like the thought just kinda stops after "through".....I am thinking "through WHAT?" and then you go on and connects the the whole thing once again with "beyond 2009"
