Of course, you can buy the album in HK's HMV. But if you are not so sure, you can phone them and ask about that. I remember that "A Little Bit Longer" is on store on 12th August so I think that you can but that album in HK's HMV.

You can definitely buy it in HMV if HMV has shown the album in its webpage, the thing you should do is that to telephone the shop that you will go to and confirm if there is any of the album. If not, you can ask the one to call you once there is any.
